Yeah We Danced On Table Tops . . . Last Friday Night

You would of thought it was Homecoming already. The thing is… it was just the first week of classes. Back in Atlanta with new professors, new books [with designer price tags] and a new outlook on life itself, it all called for a celebration. Not to mention the homies Dee & Ricky were in town for a few days. We all entered the elevator and made our way up to Lo’s loft, poured glasses, took photos and prepared for a night at the W Hotel that was legendary. This was not your typical Friday night Atlanta event. We stopped going to those months ago. ¬†This here was a celebration with our close friends who appreciate the finer things in life who aren’t afraid to go after what they [we] want. You must work hard and play hard. After all, we like to party too…

The view overlooked Midtown with Buckhead not too far behind. Wine and liquid Skittles [don't ask] filled our glasses and I even played DJ via Lo’s Macbook Pro for a while. The clock struck midnight and 10 minutes later we pulled up to the W Hotel in Midtown. Welcomed back with open arms and a lot of “OMG you two are finally back” phrases, we made our way to our section pass the velvet ropes and ¬†wasted no time getting the party started. Table tops were danced on, garments became more familiar with sweat and the music was like an energizer bunny. We just kept going and going!
