It would be safe to say that Marcelo Burlon is a major role model of mine. He’s a huge name in the world of PR, a DJ, stylist, event organizer, editor, art director, and a contributor for Dazed Digital (just to scratch the surface of his resume…). You can’t really ask him what he does because, to put it simply, he does it all. That’s why I like him so much. He’s a [creative], and now, he’s added a new notch to his belt. His first collection is dropping this summer and it looks GOOD.
Titled Marcelo Burlon County of Milan, the collection consists completely of graphic t-shirts embellished with awesome graphics and cool symbols. Surely taking some type of aesthetic inspiration from Givenchy and his good friend Riccardo Tisci, the fantastic, kaleidoscopic imagery was created with the help of Giorgio Di Salvo and is smeared with the essence of his South American roots.
I can’t wait to learn more about the price points for the collection. I’m looking forward to getting my hands on one or two. Check out the video promo for the line below and check out the entire collection right here.
